This award-winning whole-home renovation transformed a century-old Davidson farmhouse into a thoughtfully designed 1,400-square-foot home while preserving its historic character. By adding just 200 square feet to the original 1,200-square-foot footprint, the redesigned layout now includes four bedrooms and two primary suites, maximizing both space and functionality. Modern systems and barrier-free design were seamlessly integrated without compromising the home's authentic early-1900s charm. The project was recognized by the Lake Norman Home Builders Association with the Best Full Home Remodel award in the $275,000–$500,000 category.
