McMillan Design Build was founded in 2008 by Michael J McMillan Sr, whose over 25 years of construction career has a proven track record of creating masterful builds, unique luxury homes and innovative renovations throughout the Charlotte metro area. We also completed the Community School of Davidson’s High School Arts Wing, Blackbox Theater and office and classroom renovations. Other notable builds include the Town of Cornelius Veteran’s Monument and St Mark Catholic Church – Memorial for The Unborn.
